‘Carols at Christmas’ concert – King Charles the Martyr – December 8th.

The concert , in aid of Hospice in the Weald, and was hosted by journalist, broadcaster and writer, Sian Williams and was attended by the Mayor of Tunbridge Wells and the Bishop of Rochester. The Orpheus was joined by the Senior Chamber Choir of Tunbridge Wells Girls Grammar School and a quartet of musicians from the Tonbridge Philharmonic Orchestra.

Singing for the Hospice Concert

On Saturday November 4th, the 3rd Singing for the Hospice concert took place at St Peter and St Paul Church Tonbridge on 4th November. The Orpheus were joined this year by the Cantores Choir  (Tonbridge Girls Grammar School) and soprano Arianna Rebecca Firth. The concert, sponsored by Stradbrook Dental Services, Osborne Harle Optometrists and Mary Mary Creates Gardens, raised over £2300.000 for the valuable work of Hospice in the Weald.
