Royal Tunbridge Wells has long been an attractive, interesting and lively Spa town, with a strong tradition of music and entertainment.
One key component is its own highly successful Orpheus Male Voice Choir, which has been providing top class choral entertainment for 70 years to the community, raising large amounts for charity and delighting its audiences. In 2008 it won a coveted Heart of the Community Award--see Awards page.
Drawn from a cross-section of men in the area, the Choir is some forty strong - and growing, a sure indication of its vitality and success. It has deservedly earned an excellent reputation in the town and surrounding area for the power, sensitivity, range, and professionalism of its performances.
